# Plans and pricing

> Compare Free, Core, Pro, and Enterprise, including seats and monthly credits.

Fractal plans belong to an organization. Core and Pro charge per organization member, with credits pooled for the agents that organization owns.

## Compare plans

The standard monthly prices below are in USD and exclude tax. **Settings → Billing** shows your organization's available plans, exact prices, included credits, and checkout terms. Custom terms or existing subscriptions can differ.

Free organizations can try paid agent work while their balance is positive. They cannot purchase additional credits or enable auto-reload without upgrading. The welcome grant is issued once; logging in again or upgrading does not grant it again.

## How seats work

One organization has one plan tier for all its members, including its owner. A person in several workspaces in that organization still uses one organization seat.

For example, three members on standard monthly Core cost **USD 150 per month before tax** and receive **USD 300 in pooled monthly credits**. Those credits fund the organization's agents; they are not private balances for each member.

Pending invitations do not count as paid members. Adding an organization member can trigger a prorated seat charge. Removing one schedules a lower seat quantity at renewal. See [Managing your subscription](/fractal-product/billing/managing-subscription) for the details.

A seat does not grant workspace or resource access. Those permissions remain explicit.

## What included credits cover

Included credits fund platform-billed usage, including model usage and sandbox costs. They are a usage balance, not unlimited agent work or a guarantee of a particular number of tasks. Cost depends on the model, amount of work, and runtime resources.

Monthly credits expire at their credit renewal boundary. Welcome credits and one-time purchased credits do not expire. Expiring credits are used first.

[Spending limits](/fractal-product/billing/spending-and-limits) can stop work even when credits remain. A cap does not purchase credits or reserve capacity.

## Monthly and yearly billing

Where yearly billing is offered, use the **Yearly** option in Billing to see its exact per-seat price and total. Do not assume it is simply twelve times the monthly price or that a particular discount applies.

Included credits still renew monthly on an annual seat subscription. Annual payment does not grant the whole year's credits at once.

## Choosing a plan

Core provides the lower standard paid seat price. Pro includes a larger monthly credit allowance and eligibility for supported model-provider keys. Contact support when you need Enterprise terms.

With [BYOK](/fractal-product/billing/credits-and-byok), the provider bills confirmed customer-paid model usage. That usage does not consume platform token credits, but its reported cost still counts toward spending caps and agent allocations. Sandbox compute remains platform-billed.
