# Personal settings

> Manage your profile and switch organization context.

Open **Account menu → Account settings → Personal**.

## Profile

Edit **First name** and **Last name**, then select **Save**. Both fields must contain a name. These are account profile details, not a workspace-specific nickname.

The **Account** section shows your user ID, which can help support identify your account. This screen does not offer an email-address or password change.

## Organizations

Use **Organizations** in the settings sidebar to view and switch among organizations available to your account. Check the selected organization before changing billing, integrations, or membership.

Switching organizations changes your working context. It does not copy workspaces, connections, credits, or private resources between organizations.

## Personal shortcuts

Favorites are shortcuts for you. They do not change the resource's audience and cannot preserve access after your permission is removed. Shared Page pins on an agent are a separate feature.

## Help and sign-out

The account menu includes **Help**, which opens **Contact support**, and **Sign out**. The support form includes your account, workspace, and current page to help investigate your report.

Signing out or closing the app does not stop work already accepted by a cloud agent. Use the agent's work controls or **Disable** when you want to stop its activity.
