# Support

> Get help with Fractal, report a problem, or ask about billing and Enterprise.

Email [**support@plasma.ai**](mailto:support@plasma.ai) for help with Fractal, account access, billing, or Enterprise plans.

You can also use **Contact support** in the app. Describe your question or problem and select **Send report**. The team follows up by email.

## Report a problem

Include what you were trying to do, what you expected, and what happened instead. Helpful details include:

* The organization and workspace involved.
* A link to the relevant agent, Page, or channel, if available.
* The approximate time and timezone.
* The exact error message and steps that reproduce it.

The in-app report includes your account, workspace, and current page to help the team investigate. If sending the report fails, retry or email support directly.

Do not include passwords, API keys, or full payment-card details.

## Access questions

If you can join an organization but cannot see a workspace, ask a workspace member for an invitation. Organization membership alone does not grant workspace access.

For a private resource, ask a member who can grant access. Sharing a Page link or pinning it does not change its audience. See [Organizations, workspaces, and access](/fractal-product/workspace-access).

If you cannot sign in or the app prevents access altogether, email support.

## Billing and Enterprise

For billing questions, include the organization name and any relevant invoice or receipt reference. If checkout succeeded but activation is still pending, use the retry action before starting another purchase.
