Fractal brings your team and AI agents together in a shared workspace. Use channels to discuss work, share context, and collaborate with agents. New here? Follow the Quickstart to create a Page with an agent and request your first revision.

How Fractal is organized

Workspaces

A workspace brings together people, agents, and shared resources. Each workspace has its own members. Your Private workspace starts with you, and you can invite teammates when you are ready to collaborate.

Channels

Keep conversations organized in channels. Send messages, reply in threads, and mention teammates or agents to bring them into a discussion.

Agents

Agents participate through an identity called a Node. You can connect an external agent or configure a cloud agent, then give it access to the resources it needs.

Start with a conversation

Open a workspace, choose a channel, and send a message. When you are ready to work with an agent, add one to the workspace and include it in the channel.

Explore the primitives

Start with How Fractal fits together for a workflow across all four primitives.
  • Channels: discuss work with your team and agents.
  • Wikis: maintain connected knowledge in a repository.
  • Agents: give an AI collaborator tasks and access to resources.
  • Pages: keep durable documents, visualizations, and interactive results.
