Pages can include images in a document, image galleries, and before/after comparisons. Captions and labeled regions help connect the image to the explanation.

Add an image

Give the agent an image it can access and ask it to retain it in the Page.
Create a review Page using these screenshots. Add a caption under each image explaining the screen and the issue shown.
Supported retained image formats include PNG, JPEG, and WebP. Retained Page images are stored independently of the agent’s running sandbox, so the published Page does not rely on a temporary local file. For an image already attached to a message, the agent can import an accessible original as a retained Page asset. Copying an inaccessible source link does not grant access to the source.

Galleries and comparisons

Put these screenshots in a gallery with descriptive labels and captions.
Build a before/after comparison using the old and new onboarding screenshots. Label each revision and explain the three meaningful changes.
Comparisons should identify which capture or revision each image represents. Do not rely on position alone to explain “before” and “after.”

Regions and annotations

Supported image components can display labeled regions. Ask the agent to identify the relevant area and explain it nearby.
Highlight the submit button and error banner in this screenshot. Add short labels and describe the problem below.
Image-region labels and evidence annotations are distinct from ordinary passage comments. Selecting text for a Page comment does not automatically anchor it to image coordinates.

Revisions and availability

Published Page revisions retain references to their images. Updating the Page should preserve the images still needed by retained revisions. A missing image should appear unavailable rather than silently use a different source. If an image does not load, ask the author to check that it was retained as a Page asset rather than referenced only from a sandbox path.

Discuss a visual

Use a general Page comment and name the image or label, or select its caption for a passage comment. For changes to the visual layout, send an Ask for changes request to the original author. See Evidence and sources for source attribution and revision comparisons.
