Open Account settings and use the Organization section. Organization administration pages are available to organization admins.

General

Under General, change Organization name and select Save. The organization ID is displayed separately and remains its stable identifier. Renaming the organization does not change workspace membership, resource audiences, or ownership.

Members and invitations

Use Members to invite people by email, review the roster and pending invitations, manage admin roles, or remove organization members. You can copy a pending invitation link or revoke the invitation. Pending invitations are not paid seats. Membership admission and accepted invitations can affect seat billing. Only members who have signed in can be promoted to admin. The app protects the last active admin from being removed from that role. Removing someone revokes organization access immediately; a paid seat reduction takes effect at renewal. Workspace-only membership changes are managed separately.

Security

Security contains domain verification, allowed membership domains, and restrictions on creating organizations. Verification and enforcement are separate actions. See Security and domains.

Integrations

Integrations manages provider connections and supported model-provider keys. A connection still needs the appropriate workspace availability and agent access. See Integration settings.

Billing

Billing contains your plan, seat count, credit balances and purchases, recurring credit packages where offered, auto-reload, payment method, and invoices. Use Plans and pricing to compare plans and Managing your subscription for renewals, proration, and cancellation.

Usage and limits

Usage shows organization spending and workspace breakdowns. Monthly spending limits constrain admitted work; they do not purchase credits. In-flight or delayed usage can overshoot a cap. The organization that owns an agent pays for its work. See Who pays and how limits work. Organization membership and admin status do not by themselves grant membership in every workspace or access to private resources.
