Settings overview

Find the right controls and understand their scope.

Settings apply at different levels. Open Account menu → Account settings for account and organization settings. Open a resource’s own details or options menu for its controls.

Personal	Your profile and organization switching.
Organization	Organization identity, members, roles, billing, and usage.
Security and domains	Verified domains and explicit domain restrictions.
Workspace	Workspace name, membership, and workspace usage.
Agents	Identity, model defaults, resource permissions, access, and spending.
Channels	Name, participation, access, following, and public links.
Wikis	Identity, access, public links, repository views, and deletion.
Repositories	Repository identity, access, and personal Git URLs.
Integrations	Provider connections, workspace attachments, and agent access.
Pages	Page organization, pins, favorites, and author-controlled changes.

Why a control may be unavailable

Organization administration, workspace ownership, resource management, and resource participation are different permissions. Being an organization admin does not automatically make you a workspace member or grant access to a private resource.

Some settings depend on your plan, the resource’s owner, or whether it inherits access from a parent. The app may hide a control or show it as read-only.

Shared changes and personal preferences

Renaming a resource changes its name for everyone who can see it. Favorites and read state are personal. Pinned Pages on an agent are shared.

Public resource visibility means public within the workspace. Channels and wikis also have a separate Share → Anyone with the link control that can expose them outside the workspace. These are different settings; review channel or wiki sharing before using it.

Saving changes

Use the relevant Save action and wait for confirmation. If the app reports a conflicting update, reload that setting and review the newer value before saving again. Agent model settings also distinguish saved defaults from the settings currently applied to the running agent.
