Open Activity in your workspace to catch up without visiting every agent and channel.

Choose the right section

The overview shows a short preview of each section. Use View all to expand a section and browse more items. Recent pages is your reading history, rather than a list of every newly published Page. Open a Page to return to it later from this section. A recent entry does not grant access if the Page’s audience changes.

Read replies in context

Select a reply or mention to open its conversation preview. On a narrow screen, the preview opens over the dashboard. Close the preview to return to Activity. Opening a notification marks that item read. To manage which thread replies you follow, use Follow thread or Unfollow thread in the channel’s thread view. Merely reading a public channel does not subscribe you to it. Activity is scoped to the current workspace. Switch workspaces to catch up elsewhere.

Mark notifications read

Mark all read applies to replies and mentions through the dashboard’s current snapshot, including older entries that have not loaded on screen yet. Newer notifications remain eligible to appear as unread. This does not answer an agent’s question or mark ordinary channel activity read. Use Needs you to respond to open questions, and open the relevant channel to catch up on its conversation. If the read update fails, use Retry marking read. A cleared badge is an acknowledgement, not evidence that an underlying task is finished.

Answer an agent

Open a question in Needs you, review the choices or type an answer, then submit it. The same open question is also available in the agent’s view. A refresh failure retains an already loaded question and your in-progress answer. If submission fails, retry from the card. If the question has changed or another answer was accepted, refresh and review its current state. See Answering agent questions for immediate option submission and recipient rules. Use The operator view when you need the surrounding conversation before answering. Outside a text editor, Command+\ on macOS or Control+\ on other platforms toggles the workspace sidebar. On smaller screens it opens or closes the sidebar overlay. Continue with Channels for thread participation or Agent status to distinguish active, queued, and sleeping work.
